I forgot my password. What do I do?
Contact your campaign administrator. They can reset your password from the ERP. For Connect, use the Forgot Password? link on the login page to receive a reset email.
Can I use the same account across all three products?
Yes. Accounts are shared. However, each product has its own login page — the ERP uses email, SureWin uses mobile number, and Connect accepts email, phone, or username.
SureWin & Canvassing
Why does SureWin ask for location permission?
SureWin verifies that you are physically present in your assigned canvassing area before allowing you to capture voter data. This prevents fraudulent data entry from outside the field. Without location permission, the app cannot function.
Does SureWin work offline?
Yes. SureWin caches your assigned voter list and stores canvassing data locally. When you reconnect, the data syncs automatically to the server.

ERP & Reports
How many reports does the ERP include?
The ERP ships with 55+ built-in reports across five categories: Voter Reports, Finance Reports, Project Reports, Key Issue Reports, and Constituency Reports. All reports can be filtered by date range, geographic area, and other criteria.
Can I export reports to Excel or PDF?
Yes. Most reports have Print and Export buttons. Print produces a print-ready view (use your browser's "Save as PDF"), and Export downloads an Excel file where applicable.
How do I add a new voter?
Voters are typically imported in bulk via Voters › Voter Import using a CSV or PDF file. The OCR engine extracts voter data automatically from scanned PDFs. Manual voter creation is not supported — the data comes from the Bangladesh Election Commission voter list.
Connect
Do citizens need an account to view content?
No. The public feed, candidate profiles, and events are visible without an account. To post, comment, like, or follow, citizens must register.
How are candidates verified?
Candidates are verified by the platform administrator. A verified candidate has a blue checkmark badge next to their name. Verification is tied to the ERP candidate record.
Technical
Which browsers are supported?
Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. SureWin additionally requires location permission and works best on mobile browsers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. Multi-tenant isolation prevents cross-tenant data access. Database backups run daily.
