What You'll Learn

Step 1: Log In

1. Open https://secure.gulshansync.com in your web browser.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Click the Sign In button.
4. You will see the Dashboard — your main screen.

Step 2: Understand the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home screen. It shows you the most important information at a glance:

• Income and Expense — How much money has come in and gone out
• Voter Count — Total number of voters in your constituency
• Volunteers — How many active volunteers you have
• Upcoming Events — Events scheduled in the coming days
• Charts — Visual graphs showing your campaign progress

Step 3: Find Your Voters

To see your voters:

1. Look at the left sidebar menu.
2. Click on Voter Management.
3. Click on Voter List.
4. You will see a list of all voters in your constituency.
5. Use the search box to find a specific voter by name or voter ID.

Step 4: Create an Event

To schedule a campaign event:

1. Click on Event Management in the sidebar.
2. Click on Event Calendar.
3. Click on a date in the calendar.
4. Fill in the event title, location, date, and time.
5. Click Save.

Step 5: View a Report

To see a report:

1. Click on Reports in the sidebar.
2. Choose a report type (e.g., Demographics to see voter age and gender).
3. Click Generate.
4. View the results on screen.
5. Click Export to download as PDF or Excel if needed.
