Step 1 — Open the ERP
The GulshanSync ERP is the operational backbone. Open your browser and navigate to https://secure.gulshansync.com. You will see the login screen.
Enter the email address and password provided by your campaign administrator. Tick Keep me signed in if you are on a trusted device. Click Sign In.
Step 2 — Explore the Dashboard
After login you land on the dashboard. The dashboard shows:
- Key Statistics — total voters, polling stations, projects, and tasks.
- Ongoing Projects — active projects with progress.
- Today's Activities & Events — calendar of upcoming events.
- Political Preference Distribution — pie chart of voter sentiment.
- Top Performers — volunteers ranked by voters visited.
- Ward Voter Distribution — gender split per ward, with district filter.
- Daily Voter Reach Trend — line chart of canvassing activity.
- Community Key Issues — most-reported issues from the field.
- Support Intensity — strength of support across the constituency.
- Likelihood to Vote — predicted turnout indicators.
Step 3 — Open the Voter List
From the left sidebar, click Voters › Voter List. The Voter List is the master database of every registered voter in your constituency, with filters by district, upazila, union, ward, area, polling station, and gender.
Use the dropdown filters at the top to narrow down to a specific ward or area. The list updates instantly. Click any voter row to see full details.
Step 4 — Try SureWin on Mobile
SureWin is the canvassing app used by field volunteers. Open https://surewin.gulshansync.com on your phone or desktop browser.
SureWin will not work until you grant location permission in your browser. The app uses your location to verify you are physically in the assigned canvassing area.
Enter your mobile number and password. After login, you will see a prompt asking for location permission. Click লোকেশন চালু করুন (Enable Location) and grant permission in your browser's popup.
Step 5 — Visit Connect
Connect is the citizen social platform. Open https://connect.gulshansync.com. You can browse the public feed without an account, or register to post, comment, and follow candidates.
Click Sign Up to create a citizen account, or login if you already have one. Once logged in, you can post to the feed, follow candidates, RSVP to events, and receive notifications.
