What is SureWin?
SureWin is the canvassing application in the GulshanSync platform. It is used by field volunteers to conduct door-to-door voter outreach. The app runs in any mobile browser at https://surewin.gulshansync.com and is designed to work in low-connectivity rural areas.
Every interaction a volunteer has with a voter is captured through SureWin's 8-step canvassing workflow. The data syncs to the ERP in real time, where it powers the dashboards and reports that campaign managers use to make decisions.

Key Features
- Mobile-first design — works on any phone with a browser
- Location verification — uses GPS to confirm volunteers are in their assigned area
- Offline mode — caches voter list and stores data locally when offline
- 8-step canvassing workflow — captures political preference, key issues, voter history, house head, and engagement
- Task management — volunteers receive and complete assigned tasks in the field
- Event coordination — volunteers see upcoming events in their area
- Followup tracking — revisit voters who need a second contact
- Bilingual interface — full Bengali (বাংলা) interface
Who Uses SureWin?
SureWin is used by field volunteers — the people who go door-to-door in their assigned wards and areas. Each volunteer is assigned a specific voter area by the campaign manager. When the volunteer opens SureWin, they see only the voters in their assigned area.
Prerequisites
- A volunteer account created in the ERP (mobile number required)
- An assigned voter area (configured by the campaign manager)
- A smartphone or computer with a modern browser
- Location services enabled on the device
- Internet connection (works offline once the voter list is cached)
SureWin will not allow canvassing until you grant location permission. The app uses your location to verify you are physically in your assigned area. See Location Permission for instructions.
