Accounts

Manage bank accounts and cash boxes — track balances and transactions for each.

Opening Accounts

From the left sidebar, click Finance › Accounts or navigate to /accounts.

Account Types

Creating a New Account

Click + Add New Account to open the create form:

  1. Enter the account name.
  2. Select the account type.
  3. Enter the account number (for bank accounts).
  4. Enter the opening balance.
  5. Select the currency (default BDT).
  6. Click Save.

Account Statement

Click any account name to see its statement — every income and expense transaction affecting that account, with running balance. Filter by date range to see a specific period.
