Editing Your Profile
Navigate to /profile/edit or click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.
Profile Fields
- Name — your display name
- Email — your login email
- Phone — your mobile number (used for SureWin login)
- Profile Photo — uploaded image
- Address — your contact address
Changing Your Password
Navigate to /profile/change_password or click your avatar and select Change Password.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password (must be at least 8 characters).
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Save.
- You will be logged out — log back in with your new password.
Strong passwords
Use a password with at least 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid reusing passwords from other sites.
