Uploading a CSV
- Click Choose File and select your CSV.
- Click Upload.
- Map each CSV column to the corresponding voter field (name, father, mother, address, etc.).
- Click Start Import.
- Wait for the import to complete — you will see a progress bar.
- Review the import summary — successful rows, skipped rows, error rows.
Uploading a PDF (OCR)
For PDF voter lists from the Election Commission, the OCR engine handles extraction automatically:
- Click Choose File and select your PDF.
- Click Upload & Extract.
- The OCR engine processes each page, extracting voter records.
- Review the extracted data — you can edit any field before final import.
- Click Confirm Import to save all records.
Duplicate detection
The import process automatically detects duplicates by matching voter name + father's name + date of birth. Duplicates are skipped, not overwritten.
