Opening Voting Status
From the left sidebar, click Voters › Voting Status or navigate to /voter_status.
Status Values
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Not Voted | Grey | Voter has not yet cast their ballot |
| Voted | Green | Voter has cast their ballot |
| Unable to Reach | Yellow | Volunteer visited but voter was not home |
| Refused | Red | Voter declined to vote |
| Absent | Blue | Voter is out of station on election day |
Updating Voting Status
On election day, volunteers at each polling station mark voters as 'Voted' as they arrive. This is done from SureWin (mobile) or the ERP (desktop). The dashboard shows real-time turnout percentage as votes are recorded.
Real-time election monitoring
On election day, monitor the dashboard's Turnout Forecast and Voting Status widgets to track turnout in real time. This helps identify low-turnout areas that need a get-out-the-vote push.
